If you’ve always wanted a new RV but thought the prices were out of range, walk through the 2015 Coachmen Catalina 253RKS. Not only is this model under $25,000, but it has plenty of space for up to six people. The slide contains a 70-inch sofa and a wardrobe giving you plenty of room to move around in the living area.

The Catalina 253RKS features two entries, both covered by an 18-foot awning. The main entry is to the rear of the RV and the secondary entry is through the bathroom. Use the secondary entry when you need to get inside to rinse sand or mud off – you won’t have to track it through the RV.
When you step into the RV at the primary entrance, you’ll see the rear kitchen to your left. Because the kitchen is in the rear, you have plenty of counter space to make your favorite meals. The kitchen also features a three-burner stove, oven, microwave, overhead cabinet, large fridge and a sink.
Immediately to your right, you’ll find the 40-inch dinette and more overhead cabinets. As you walk into the RV past the dinette and turn to the right, you’ll see the 70-inch fold-down sofa and more overhead cabinets. The sofa slide features an end table. The entertainment center is over the dinette.
Walking toward the front of the RV, you’ll pass the wardrobe, also contained in the slide. Immediately across from the wardrobe is the hall door for the bathroom. The bathroom features a 34-inch by 34-inch stand-up shower with a glass door, sink and toilet.
Walk past the wardrobe and bathroom to enter the bedroom. The bedroom features a queen bed and more overhead cabinets.
Additional features include pass through storage in the front of the RV, mirrored wardrobes in the bedroom, a 6-gallon DSI water pump, a 40-gallon gray water holding tank and a 30-gallon black water holding tank.

There isn’t many days left of winter – and for those of you who store the RV until warmer weather, it’s time to start planning that first RV vacation for the spring. While you might not be ready to pull the wheel covers off, clean the interior and pack it up, you can figure out where you want to go and pick up any accessories you might need for your first spring trip of 2015.
Make a List and Check it Twice

Beavers Bend State Park
If you want to go south, head out to Beavers Bend State Park in Oklahoma. The park features over 16 miles of trails for hiking and biking, river float trips, trout fishing, golfing, horseback riding and tons of other family activities. Nearby sites offer goat feeding (Honey Bear Ranch), chainsaw sculpting at Hochatown Junction Station and even going out on yakanoes on Broken Bow Lake. Old Orchard Beach
Head east to Old Orchard Beach, Maine for tons of fun. The town offers camping, an amusement park and tons of festivals throughout the year. Winter and spring festivals include the 26th Annual Lobster Dip, a festival that runs from January 1 through January 26. Watch or join in. If you are in the market fo a fifth wheel toy hauler that will sleep up to 10 people, walk though the 2015 Keystone Impact 386. This 38-foot RV features three large slides and the Knockout Package. It also has the Extreme Exterior and electric beds.

When you walk in the front door and turn to your right, you’ll see the steps that lead into the front queen bedroom and large bathroom. The bedroom features overhead cabinets, large slide with a wardrobe, nightstands and a television. The bathroom features a corner shower with a glass front, foot flush toilet and a sink. The bathroom also features a linen closet that is contained in the same slide-out as the bedroom’s wardrobe.
Directly across from the front entrance door, you’ll find the entertainment center and 40-inch television. It faces diagonally so that you can see it from the sofa, which is directly to the left of the front entrance door. Across from the large sofa, you’ll find a fully equipped galley with an eight cubic-foot fridge, three-burner stove, pantry and double sink.
Moving to your left, you’ll find the entrance to the 12-foot garage area. The garage area features a loft, overhead cabinets, dual opposing sofas with a queen bed and a half bathroom with its own garage entrance. The garage also has its own side entrance. Additionally, the 2015 Keystone Impact features a fueling station, protected hookups and large awning that covers both entrance doors.
