Recently, at the Family Motor Coach Association’s (FMCA) 87th Family Reunion and Motorhome Showcase in Indianapolis, Jayco introduced a new model in their lineup of Class C motorhomes. So if you are looking to move from the towing market and into an affordable, well-made motorhome New York, look no further.

Jayco steps back into the entry-level motorhome market with the all-new Redhawk. Jim Jacobs, president of Jayco’s motorized group stated, “This was a product, a segment that Jayco had not participated in for several years… One of the ways we were able to control our costs was we standardized. There are very few options. Feature wise, the RedHawk has everything in it that you would expect in a much higher-priced segment.” The Jayco Redhawk offers three floor plans from 26 feet to 32 feet long and 84-inch ceilings. This new motorhome comes standard with a booth dinette, 3-burner range, 8-cubic foot refrigerator and microwave. Also included in the standard features are a back-up camera, 32-inch LCD TV’s and under bed storage. The Jayco Redhawk also offers extra storage featuring exterior storage compartments and an electric slideout giving you more room on the interior.

Power is one thing the Jayco Redhawk is not lacking in. This motorhome is built on a Ford E-450 Triton chassis which comes equipped with a 6.8-liter, V10, 305 horsepower engine. This body style also includes a 130-amp alternator, 5,000-pound hitch, 55-gallon fuel tank and Hellwig helper springs. The Jayco Redhawk motorhome also features a front fiberglass cap making the exterior more aerodynamic which helps reduce drag and increase gas mileage.

The all-new 2013 Jayco Redhawk starts at $84,809 and is available through your local New York new and used RV dealer, Jim’s RV. For more information and details you can visit jayco.com or stop by Jim’s RV where our friendly staff will be happy to help and answer any questions.
